- Remove the membrane on the back of the rack
- Split into 3-4 pieces

Rub with a dry seasoning mix
- Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, onion, rub
- Separate with foil and prop standing vertically up in the crock pot

Cook
- 4h high
- 6h low
- Cool off in crock pot
- Cover in barbecue sauce
- Grill on high temp for a few minutes to get some char
