Pistachio Bread
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 8oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- Cinnamon Sugar filling and topping (1:4)
Instructions
Makes 5 mini loaves (5-3/4" x 3-1/4" x 2" Reynolds mini loaf pans w/ lid)
- Mix everything together except cinnamon sugar
- Lay out trays on a baking sheet, add about half the batter to all 5 trays
- Sprinkle a layer of cinnamon sugar in the middle of each tray and add the rest of the batter, don't overfill the trays
- Top off with cinnamon sugar
- Pop the whole baking sheet in the oven
