Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients

8 ounces brussels sprouts halved (weigh out 1 stalk and adjust)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- salt & pepper
Instructions

Remove sprouts from the stalk, rinse, dry and half into a large
mixing bowl

Stir in olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, lemon zest
and salt & pepper

Place brussels sprouts face down in a single layer onto a parchment
lined baking sheet

Bake at 400°F/205°C for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through,
sprouts should be tender, caramelized, and slightly charred
